Shipping Methods and Carriers
A Lucid Comic uses United States Postal Service locally and nationally. Standard, ground delivery. If at any time we add or change the mail carrier, it will be communicated to the customers within the online store, in emails subscribers, and social media.
Estimated Delivery Times
All material, Graphic Novels, comics, or any other kind of merchandise like Tshirts, stickers, etc. will be handled and shipped within 3-5 business days from the order date with the exception of Preorders. Preorders will have a longer estimated time delivery until the inventory of said graphic novels, comics, otherwise is back in stock. Once back in stock, it will revert back to the 3-5 business days. If there is ever a situation when a large volume of orders are placed, the estimated time delivery could expand to the 5-7 days, depending. If such an event should occur, A Lucid Comic will communicate the delay via the online store website, email, and/or social media.
Shipping Costs
A Lucid Comic charges a flat fee to cover shipping costs as prices fluctuate during certain seasons or times during the year. Shipping costs includes the package handling as well. This includes Gemini mailers, bags and boards to help protect the graphic novels/comic books from damage.
Fulfillment Process
The 3-5 business day delivery is due to having a very small team of two people who process, packs, and delivers the shipping materials to the Post Office. Any delays that may occur will be noted and communicated to the customer if the occasion calls for it.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via a shipping confirmation email when the item is dropped off at the post office.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer any international orders that falls outside of the United States territory. PO Boxes are acceptable and deliverable for those who uses them.
