Refund Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted up to the moment of shipping. Upon request, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Returns

Unless a received item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description of the purchase, I will not accept returns for a refund or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, a customer simply changing their mind about a purchase, on if an item has been handled, worn or misused, leading to usual wear and tear.
